The LST50X80 is adjustable from heights of 2.3m – 3.0m
The LST70X120 is adjustable from heights of 2.4m – 3.3m
The compactness of the design allows for folding the stairs into smaller sizes, therefore allowing installation into smaller ceiling openings. The smallest size, 50x80cm will fit between trusses!
Operation of the Attic Stairs is significantly improved because of Fakro’s unique unloading mechanism. Once unlocked, the hatch opens slowly without any potential danger to the user. Once fully opened, this mechanism will also hold the hatch in position, preventing it from slamming shut.
The Scissor Attic Stairs are equipped with white insulated or fire-resistant hatches, made of wood. The external hatch surface is smooth without any visible fixing elements.
The specially embossed pattern on the tread surface protects the user from accidental slipping while using the stairs. The S-shaped stringers also double as hand rails for extra safety!
